HOT VOX presents:

The Wild Violets – a British funk/soul band that formed in London in 2015. Featuring the musical influences of Amy Winehouse and Jamiroquai, The Wild Violets have got their sights set high, aiming to create a fresh sound for today’s soul scene. The band have supported Steve Craddock Band (Ocean Colour Scene/Paul Weller) and have performed at the O2 Academy, Islington as well as regular gigs across London.

Their brand new EP ‘Sundays & Midweek’ will be released on the 15th of February, 2019. It will be their first release with their new sound.

The High Points – bring indie funk vibes to the max. Emerged out of Norwich in 2017, these three-piece groove masters bring you straight back to nostalgic 70s era – but with one foot grooving in a new direction. Despite displays of fun, funkiness and fire the music hides an emotional spin to capture the listener’s imagination among all them Friday night’s groovin’ feet.

Bought It For The Bottle – Since their formation in early 2018, BIFTB have already earnt a fair following, after their two singles and live performances. Taking a break from self-producing their records, BIFTB are churning out new songs, constantly evolving their style with influences ranging from Paramore and Catfish to Coin and The Night Café. “This is an emerging band to keep your ear on. Their work is thoughtful and radiates charm.”– AMPLIFY.

Kyjack – an acoustic duo consisting of vocals guitar and looped beatbox doing popular covers and originals
