Scruff of The Neck Presents:

“…evoking the glory of legendary musicians past and confidently unveiling a sophisticated, classic feel the budding UK artist seems to radiate almost celestial energy”- Valentina Carrilo, Live Nations ‘Ones To Watch’

“Mark my words, Chloe Bodur is ahead of the curve and I’m sure we’ll see plenty of other artists unwittingly trying to recreate this sound in 2018”- James Fenny, Belwood Music.

“…if you are after a break from the sometimes suffocating pop culture of today’s music scene, look no further than Chloé Bodur. Filled with captivating lyricism and a gorgeous combination of lightly distorted guitar, dreamy synths and rim-shot infused drums- Glory is crammed full with countless strokes of musical genius and oozes coolness and sophistication” – David Croker, Listen To Discover.

Since arriving on the scene in April 2017, Chloé Bodur and her band have already packed out their own headline show at Patterns, performed at The Haunt, filmed live sessions for Balcony TV and Sofar Sounds (London) and on November 26th released their debut single ‘Glory’ via Brighton Based QM Records.

Since Glory’s release Live Nation have labeled Chloe ‘One To Watch’. Glory was also made BBC Introducing’s ‘Track Of The Day’, premiered by Tony Minvielle on Jazz FM and featured by AXS and The Huffington Post.

To understand the bands infectious sound fully, with clear influences from jazz, hip-hop, RnB and soul, you need to witness them live. With all members of the 6-piece band aged between 19 and 22, their energy and passion for the music they showcase is unmatched and is why they’ve made such a great name for themselves in the mere 8 months they’ve been playing together.
